The modern purpose-built Tudor Arms Lodge adjacent to the pub offers 16 spacious and comfortable bedrooms which have all been recently refurbished to a very high standard.
All the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, telephone/radio alarm, remote control TV, and tea/coffee making facilities.
Meals are served throughout the day at the Tudor Arms, and there is the chance to relax in one of the bars, or to have a game of pool in the Games Room.
Dining Out - The Tudor Arms Inn for Food & Drink
The building dates from the 18th century, and was a licensed beer and cider house for the Irish Navigator Soldiers who dug the Canal by hand. Today it is a fully licensed premises with two bars offering a range of cask ales – including a guest cask – and keg ales, stouts, lagers and ciders.
Dining at The Tudor Arms… There are six different dining areas to choose from, ranging from the cosy Barn with its exposed beams and old oak settles to the light and airy Front Lounge, which is popular with families.
The varied and interesting bar menu includes a number of homemade dishes, while the restaurant menu features a regularly changing specials board.
The heated covered Patio is well sheltered and popular on fine days.
