Monologue Slam at The Roses Theatre

Taking place in the intimate setting of The Roses Bar, the event will showcase a dynamic lineup of new theatre graduates and emerging artists as they perform powerful monologues designed to move, entertain and inspire. Between the performances, live music sets will create the perfect atmosphere for a truly memorable evening.
The night will be hosted by Mathew Grimes, a recent acting graduate and emerging creative producer and theatre maker. A panel of industry professionals will also be in attendance, keeping a keen eye out for standout performances before ultimately crowning the very first winner of The Roses Theatre Monologue Slam.
Audience members are invited to book tickets and be part of a vibrant celebration of fresh voices within a thriving arts venue, while supporting the next generation of theatre talent.
