Hallmark Hotel Gloucester's transformation continues
Gloucester hotel completes phase one of £3 million refurbishment.
Hallmark Hotel Gloucester has completed work on the initial stage of a massive refurbishment programme that will see the tired, former Ramada hotel, transformed in true Hallmark Hotels style.
The completion sees the reception area and first bedroom wing revamped with the vibrant colours and luxurious materials that have become a hallmark of the collection’s properties. 50 executive double bedrooms are now complete with a further 45 to follow by the end of June.
The new reception area provides a warm welcome to the hotel and features a stylish sunken lounge for guests to relax in. Phase two will see the construction of a brand new kitchen, ready to produce the quality dining experience guests expect, along with refurbished bar and brasserie.
Phase three will see the completion of the exceptional conference facilities, catering for up to 200 guests as well as the conservatory bar and landscaped grounds. By the end of June, Hallmark Gloucester will be the ideal destination for business or leisure.
The hotel’s facilities also include a pool, spa, sauna and steam room, alongside beauty rooms, squash and tennis courts.
Hallmark Gloucester was purchased at the end of 2010, with the majority of staff choosing to say with the hotel as it develops to offer the exceptional customer service and facilities Hallmark guests expect.
