Families are in for a real Christmas quacker at Slimbridge this year

Father Christmas is taking time from his busy schedule to pay some visits to WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre ahead of Christmas.
He has transformed WWT Slimbridge’s duck hut into his grotto, which will be running every Saturday and Sunday between now and Christmas.
Children who visit Father Christmas can tell him all their hopes for the big day before they receive a gift.
This weekend (December 1 and 2) is also the Christmas Shopping Fair at Slimbridge so the Centre will be packed with stalls selling interesting and unique gifts.
The grotto which starts every day from midday costs £4 a child.
