The Gold Package is ideal for businesses ready to take their online presence to the next level. It offers higher visibility on Explore Gloucestershire with a search-optimised profile, more imagery, and the flexibility to promote your events, offers, and news throughout the year.

How it works

Your annual payment of £396 + VAT covers setup, optimisation, activation, and ongoing updates for your Gold listing. This also includes up to six promotional features (events or news items) across a 12-month period, starting from the date of order acceptance.

We’ll remind you each month to send your latest events, news or offers so your promotion stays fresh and visible. To receive these reminders, please make sure you tick the ‘Business Updates’ option in the form below (GDPR requires your consent).

AGREEMENT & RENEWAL

This agreement is time-stamped and commences on the date this form is submitted. A renewal reminder will be issued 30 days before the end of the 12-month term.

STEP 2: Listing Approval & Payment

Once your business listing has been created, we’ll send you a private link to review your draft listing (hidden from navigation).
At the same time, we’ll send a simple checklist of Place Categories and Filters that apply to your business (for example: Visitor Attractions, Places to Eat, Places to Stay, Activities & Entertainment, Weddings, Birthday Parties, etc.).
These settings help your listing appear in multiple in-site searches and relevant category results across Explore Gloucestershire.
Once you’re happy with the listing and have returned your checklist, we’ll issue an invoice for payment.
After payment is received, your listing will go live on the Explore Gloucestershire website and appear in the appropriate search and navigation areas.
If payment is not received within the specified terms (normally by return), your listing will remain unpublished.
