Roots + Seeds Café & Kitchen Brings ‘Field to Fork’ Dining to Gloucester Food Dock This April

The Gloucester Food Dock continues to thrive as it welcomes its 12th foodie hotspot—Roots + Seeds Café & Kitchen, opening this April 2025.

Bringing a brasserie-style menu of modern British dishes with French techniques, Roots + Seeds will champion Cotswolds-sourced produce and the freshest home-grown ingredients picked daily from its kitchen garden and newly developed ‘No Dig’ Market Garden.
