Surrounded by towering trees, woodland trails and wildlife, participants are immersed in the heart of the Forest of Dean while learning practical outdoor skills, building confidence and developing stronger communication and teamwork.
Forest Adventure offers both Bushcraft and Advanced Bushcraft sessions, creating memorable experiences that combine education, challenge and fun in one of Gloucestershire's most spectacular outdoor destinations.
Learn the art of Forest Bushcraft with Forest AdventureSchool Groups: The Forest of Dean becomes an outdoor classroom where students can learn fire-lighting, campfire cooking, shelter building, water collection and purification, and plant and tree identification. Activities are designed to encourage teamwork, resilience, leadership and problem-solving while helping young people connect with nature.
Advanced Bushcraft experiences introduce more challenging woodland skills including tracking, natural navigation, foraging, primitive tool-making and realistic survival scenarios, making them ideal for older students and leadership groups.
Children getting back to nature in the Forest of DeanCorporate Teams: Step away from the workplace and into the Forest of Dean for immersive team-building sessions focused on collaboration, communication, resilience and creative thinking in an inspiring outdoor setting.
Led by experienced instructors, sessions are tailored to suit the needs of each group, with programmes available for ages six and above. Experiences typically run between three and six hours, accommodate groups of up to 12 participants and start from £20 per person.
