All flights are subject to weather and of a full passenger complement and at the discretion of the pilot in command. Smoking is not allowed in the balloon or within 50 meters when on the ground.

Personal effects such as cameras and videos are carried entirely at the passenger's own risk. We do not accept liability for damage or loss. Hot Air Ballooning nor the pilot in com­mand can be held responsible for any injuries sustained by passengers during the flight if caused by unforeseen cir­cumstances beyond our control.

Flights can be cancelled at short notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
The decision to call passengers to the launch site is based on the weather forecast available. If the flight is subsequently can­celled we, Hot Air Ballooning, cannot be liable for any conse­quential loss arising there from.

When passengers have agreed a date to fly, they must arrive at the launch site at the time requested. Failure to do so may result in them missing their flight and the forfeiture of all monies paid.

Gift vouchers/tickets are not refundable and are valid for the season.

Vehicles left at the launch site are entirely at the owner's own risk. For those tracking the progress of the balloon, when the balloon lands they must wait for permission before walking over the farmer's land. We rely on the goodwill of the farming community and aim to keep any disturbance to a minimum.
