Amy Hatcher coming to the 2008 Cotswold Show

Meet celebrity do trainer Amy Hatcher at the Cotswold Show.
If man's best friend is part of your family, there are plenty of events to keep them entertained at this year's Show.
Amy Hatcher, Canine behaviourist and celebrity dog trainer will be at the Cotswold show on Saturday and Sunday, 5th & 6th July ready to give all dog lovers tips on how to successfully train your dog.
Amy is well known for her programmes on the BBC; ‘The Underdog Show’, ‘Help, My Dog’s as Fat as Me’, and has appeared on radio and in the press.
Amy will be demonstrating tips on dog training and giving a session on dog psychology covering issues such as anti-social behaviour, aggression, separation anxiety and nervous behaviour and phobias.
For a real 'paws' on experience you and your dog can try agility training with the 'Up and Over' team of trainers. For £1.50 you will receive a 10 -15 minute lesson with one of the club members which will begin with an explanation of the basic commands and philosophy behind agility training and introduce you and your dog to the equipment.
Once you have both mastered the height jumps, see-saw, rigid tunnel, flat tunnel, weave and mini-dog walk, you and your canine friend will be able to attempt a solo round of the course.
In addition to the agility training, the 'Up and Over' team are also hosting the Fun Dog Show and The British Association for Shooting and Conservation will be holding a new gundog competition for 2008, the Queen Anne Cup, the final of which shall be run Sunday the 6th July at the Cotswold Show.
The Cotswold Show takes place at Cirencester Park from 9am to 6pm on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 July.
