Gloucester Rugby Club tackles the 2008 Cotswold Show
Gloucester Rugy Club will be providing fun based activities for all budding young rugby players at the Cotswold Show this year.
Pit
your wits against the giant bungee run and try out your tackling
technique and power against the ‘big bosh’ inflatable target. Show a
bit of talent and you could be invited to join one of the club’s junior
development programmes.
Gloucester Rugby Community Department
run a range of Development Programme's which help to identify age group
players to be selected for Elite Player Development Programmes. This is
the first step of the player development pathway.
The programmes
provide specific training, sports science and conditioning sessions for
selected players. They include practical coaching on core rugby skills
and a series of key performance workshops.
Try your skills at the The Cotswold Show which takes place at Cirencester Park from 9am to 6pm on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 July.
