The Taurus Crafts Antiques & Vintage Fair is back

Taurus Crafts

Delve into the past at the Taurus Crafts Antiques & Vintage Fair and discover a hidden gem or two amongst the many stalls offering a diverse selection of antiques, memorabilia, retro and vintage items.

This popular fair has become a fixed date in the calendar of Taurus Crafts event programme for a few years now and is all set for Sunday 19th September at the popular Lydney based attraction. Within the region there’s lots of competition for events like this these days but Taurus Crafts are sure they are on to a winning formula of quality traders, friendly atmosphere, music, and BBQ all in the peaceful craft centre setting.

For those treasure seekers who are looking for something specific there is always a selection of specialist traders at the event, not forgetting their onsite antiques expert Alan Brown who runs the Little Bazaar, who are happy to help steer interested customers in the right direction, offer advice and enthuse others.

‘We get traders coming back year after year which is great, and our visitors are often queuing at the gate to be first in line, hoping to snap up good deal.’ Tom Haverly Event Manager.

Adding to the vintage theme of the event will be delicious cream teas and prosecco served from the Garden Café so visitors can pause a while and relax, soak in the retro atmosphere before resuming a bit of bargain of hunting.

Marking this event out from the competition is the setting and ambience of the listed buildings and converted barns which provide a fitting backdrop as well as being a home to artisan businesses, café, and gift shops adding to the appeal of this event as a day out.
So why not seek out some treasure at Taurus Crafts Antiques and Vintage Fair which runs from 10 am until 4pm and is free to enter.

Taurus Crafts is part of the Camphill Village Trust, a charity supporting adults with learning disabilities. Taurus Crafts provides work and training opportunities, so people can interact with the public and gain confidence from their achievements.
