Roots + Seeds Café & Kitchen to Open at Gloucester Food Dock in April
Gloucester Food Dock will welcome a new food and drink business this April with the opening of Roots + Seeds Café & Kitchen.
The new venue will offer a brasserie-style menu focused on modern British dishes with French influences, using produce sourced from the Cotswolds and ingredients grown on-site.
The business plans to use vegetables and herbs from its own kitchen garden and newly developed market garden, supporting a field-to-fork approach to its menu.
Menus will include a range of all-day options such as brunch dishes, sandwiches, salads, burgers, pasta, and daily specials based on seasonal ingredients.
Located at Gloucester Docks, Roots + Seeds joins a growing collection of independent traders at Gloucester Food Dock, expanding the range of casual dining options available in the area.
