Settebello Belgrave House Launches New Spring Menu in Cheltenham
Settebello Belgrave House in Cheltenham has launched a new Spring Menu, available from Tuesday 15 April.
The updated menu is based on traditional Italian family recipes and uses a combination of locally sourced produce and Italian ingredients, curated by the in-house chefs and the restaurant’s owners.
Dishes include a range of antipasti, salads, fish, meat, and pasta options, with gluten-free choices also available. Recent highlights from the menu include wild mushroom and truffle arancini, salt and pepper calamari, handmade focaccia, and tiramisu.
A selection of Italian wines and seasonal cocktails is also available alongside the food menu.
One of the most popular dishes, deep fried lasagna, has now been added permanently to the Sotto menu, the restaurant’s more informal basement dining space offering Roman-style pinsa and a selection of pasta dishes.
Settebello Belgrave House is set across three floors, with indoor dining areas, a covered courtyard for outdoor dining, and a private dining room available for group bookings.
The restaurant continues to focus on using Gloucestershire produce wherever possible, supplementing this with imported Italian ingredients where required.
