Spring Dining in Cheltenham: Settebello Belgrave House Unveils Fresh Italian Menu

Spring Menu at Settebello Belgrave House in Cheltenham

“Italian cuisine is the standout star with the new Spring Menu at Settebello Belgrave House in Cheltenham”

Settebello Belgrave House in Cheltenham has launched its fresh new Spring Menu, available from Tuesday 15 April. Honouring traditional family recipes and showcasing the finest in-season local and Italian-sourced ingredients, the updated menu has been curated by in-house Italian chefs alongside the family owners.

Served in the main restaurant, diners can expect a full array of traditional antipasti, fresh salads, fish, meat, and pasta dishes—with gluten-free options available. Highlights sampled at the recent Spring Soiree included wild mushroom & truffle arancini, salt & pepper calamari with sriracha mayo, handmade focaccia, and the iconic Italian dessert, tiramisu. A bespoke Limoncello spring cocktail and a fine selection of Italian wines complemented the tasting experience.

The standout dish of the night, deep fried lasagna, received such overwhelming praise it will now become a permanent feature on the Sotto menu—Settebello’s more relaxed basement space offering Roman Pinsa and the holy trinity of pasta.

Set across three stunning floors, Settebello Belgrave House blends elegant Italian interiors with a contemporary European aesthetic. Guests can also enjoy alfresco-style dining beneath a retractable roof in the leafy courtyard, while the Imperiale private dining room offers an exclusive space for up to 20 people—ideal for business meetings, celebrations or intimate dinners.

Inspired by their beloved homeland, the family behind Settebello pride themselves on using Gloucestershire-sourced produce wherever possible, importing select Italian ingredients only when the quality cannot be matched locally.
