Formerly the old stables and hayloft, this honey-coloured stone cottage is perfect for families.
The front door, in the archway, leads to a comfortable open plan sitting room. A cosy room with an attractive limestone floor, old stone fireplace and stove, with a dining table at one end (seats 6). The small well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, Zanussi gas range and oven and washing machine and a door opens out onto a small secluded courtyard with a table and seating.
The cottage has two bedrooms. A very pretty, stylish ground floor bedroom has a canopied 5ft bed, with en-suite bathroom and separate power shower.
Narrow stairs lead to the romantic second bedroom in the old beamed hayloft with beautiful views to Bredon Hill. This has a 4ft 6in double and one 3ft single bed. Steps lead down to a wet room bathroom. (Note: not suitable for the infirm due to the steep stairs).
Upper Court is set in 15 beautiul acres of gardens, lake and landscaped grounds and boasts an outdoor covered pool, tennis court and on-site pottery. A three minute stroll takes you to the very popular Crown Inn at Kemerton - a village pub famous for its warm atmosphere, fine ciders and ales and fantastic restaurant.
