Super Furry Animals to play at Gloucester Guildhall

Super Furry Animals to play first gig in six years at Gloucester Guildhall
Described by NME as “the most important band of the past 15 years”, Super Furry Animals will make their first live appearance since 2009 at Gloucester Guildhall.
The rock band have announced a last minute date at the city centre venue before they head off on tour to play The Great Hall in Cardiff, The Albert Hall in Manchester and Brixton Academy in London.
They play Gloucester Guildhall on Tuesday 28th April.
Dan Charles, programming and marketing manager at Gloucester Guildhall, said: “This is a massive gig for us, and for Gloucester as a whole.
“Super Furry Animals have a huge fan base and have already been announced to play Glastonbury Festival. They’re used to playing much bigger venues than the Guildhall so this is going to be pretty special.
“The gig is no doubt going to sell out so people need to be quick!”
Tickets are on sale now (9am Friday 17th April) and a maximum of four tickets can be purchased per booking. Furthermore, whoever books the tickets must bring their ID with them on the night of the gig.
Tickets are available from www.gloucesterguildhall.co.uk, 01452 503050 and See Tickets.
