Alice in Wonderland Theme Announced for Spectacle of Light 2026
Spectacle of Light returns to Sudeley Castle this winter with a brand new Alice in Wonderland themed illuminated trail for 2026
One of Gloucestershire's most popular festive events is set to return this winter as Spectacle of Light transforms the magnificent grounds of Sudeley Castle into a magical after-dark experience.
Running from 20 November to 30 December 2026, this year's trail introduces an exciting new theme, Alice's Amazing Adventures in Wonderland, bringing some of literature's most loved characters to life through stunning illuminations and creative displays.
Visitors will follow the White Rabbit through the castle grounds, marvel at the Mad Hatter and encounter the Cheshire Cat. Watch out for the terrifying Queen of Hearts as the enchanting story unfolds along the illuminated route.
The spectacular trail offers a memorable festive evening for families, couples and groups looking to enjoy one of the Cotswolds' most atmospheric Christmas attractions.
EarlyBird Savings Available
A special EarlyBird promotion is currently available, offering 20% savings on both Saver Night and Standard Night tickets.
Adult tickets start from just £20 on Saver Nights, while child tickets start from £12.80. Family tickets are available from £56, making this one of the region's most popular festive family experiences.
Selected dates are available as Saver Nights, with additional Standard Night dates running throughout the season. All discounts are automatically applied during the booking process.
