Nature in Art is Re-opening on 3 September
Nature in Art located at Wallsworth Hall are very pleased to announce that they will be reopening from Thursday 3rd September.
Safety measure have been implemented to ensure that you have a safe visit and these include:
- Reduced opening hours; Thursday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm.To ensure everyone's safety and maintain social distancing the number of visitors has been restricted in the museum, coffee shop and garden at any one time. As a result, all visitors, including Friends of Nature in Art are required to book their visit in advance. Booking is necessary for visits to the museum, coffee shop and garden.
- Separate entrances for the museum and coffee shop.
- Clear signage inside and outside the building.
- A 'welcomer' on the door to take your temperature and explain the arrangements.
- Automatic hand sanitisers outside both entrance doors with additional units throughout.
- Traffic light controls for the main stairs.
- Number limits and one-way systems in each gallery.
- Social distancing respected throughout.
- Staff and volunteers wearing visors
- Visitors must wear a face covering.
- Protective screen on the shop and coffee shop counters.
- Contactless card payments encouraged.
- Intensive cleaning regime. Use of commercial airborne pathogen neutralisers (a technology used in hospital operating theatres)
Going forward, the Museum will keep all measures under constant review and in line with government guidelines and very much look forward to welcoming you back to Nature in Art soon.
