Unique Yoga & Wellness Retreat Launched at Notgrove Holidays

Yoga Retreats in the Cotswolds

Notgrove Holidays, based in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, is delighted to announce the launch of its first experiential all-inclusive holiday. The June 2021 Yoga and Wellness Retreat is now open for bookings.

With all the stress and anxiety COVID19 has caused, Notgrove Holidays wanted to offer its guests the opportunity to relax, unwind, de-stress and nurture their wellbeing. They thought the best way to do this was by providing a yoga and wellbeing retreat, suitable even for those who have never been on a retreat before.

Notgrove Holidays has teamed up with wellness expert Jo Fellows to offer this unique retreat – and a chance to breathe again. The retreat will be a relaxed programme of classes, workshops, walks and free time to allow guests to enjoy their time in this beautiful part of rural England, and give them the opportunity to completely de-stress.

The Yoga & Wellness Retreat at Notgrove Holidays is designed to nourish, awaken, heal and renew as we welcome the arrival of summer and the end of lockdown. Set on the idyllic 1,500 acre private Notgrove Estate in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, it’s the perfect place to reflect and unwind.

The three-day and three-night retreat is suitable for all and includes:

  • Three nights stay in your own cosy en-suite glamping pod
  • Energising morning yoga and relaxing evening practices
  • Nourishing meals using local produce
  • A seasonal nutrition workshop and Reiki talk
  • A Crystal Bowl Sound bath
  • An express treatment: Foot or Indian Head Massage
  • Countryside walks

Advanced Yoga teacher Jo who is leading the retreat believes that the roots of wellbeing can be found in nature and that following the year’s natural rhythms is not only best for the future of our planet but is wonderful for our own wellbeing too.
