The Everyman Theatre launches new Priority Access Membership
Brimming with benefits, Gloucestershire’s premier entertainment venue, The Everyman Theatre, is launching a new Priority Access Membership featuring a host of exclusive perks, while supporting the work of the theatre’s Education and Community department.
The Priority Access Membership gives new joiners the chance to be the first to hear about world-class events at the theatre and secure the best seats in the house, at least 24 hours before anyone else. Not only that, members can enjoy discounts on up to four tickets on most performances, as well as exclusive special offers and additional member discounts on other featured performances. Members will also be treated to a special gift on their birthday and will be kept up to date on the latest Everyman Theatre news with exclusive membership emails. For those aged 16 – 25 years, membership is free of charge and offers the chance to secure free tickets to select performances at the theatre.
Funds raised from the Priority Access Membership, which costs just £45 per year (or free for 16 – 25-year-olds) helps to support the work of The Everyman Theatre’s Education and Community department, which engages with over 14,000 individuals from diverse communities across Gloucestershire each year. The department, which employs some of the industry’s most dynamic theatre and education professionals, runs a range of projects to promote wellbeing, inclusivity and positive mental health, such as singing sessions at Wentworth Court Nursing Home for patients with dementia.
The Everyman Theatre’s work is completely self-funded and reaches out to collaborate with dozens of local schools, libraries and charities, including The National Star College, Cheltenham Welcomes Refugees, Gloucestershire Hospital Education Service and The Rock Youth Project. Additionally, the Everyman Theatre supports eight Youth Theatre groups, and offers bursaries to support 22 individuals who would otherwise be unable to access the service.
