Days Out in the Forest of Dean: Wye Valley Visitor Centre

Discover Four Amazing Attractions at Wye Valley Visitor Centre in the Forest of Dean
The Wye Valley Visitor Centre, nestled in the stunning Forest of Dean, is home to four unique attractions offering fun and adventure for visitors of all ages.
From getting lost in a maze to exploring the enchanting world of butterflies, there’s something for everyone.
The aMazing Hedge Puzzle
In the heart of the Wye Valley lies the Jubilee Maze, planted by Lindsay and Edward Heyes in 1977. This traditional hedge maze features a romantic temple at its centre and over a kilometre of hedges. A viewing platform provides guidance, but trust becomes the ultimate challenge. For those seeking a deeper puzzle, the Museum of Mazes offers a historical exploration of labyrinths, from myths to mathematics.
