Salvation Z returns to Gloucester Prison this October!

Salvation Z Returns to Gloucester Prison This Halloween — It’s Going to Be Bedlam!
This Halloween, Gloucester Prison will once again open its foreboding gates for the return of Salvation Z, an event that promises to push the limits of fear and terror. Running from 17th October to 2nd November 2024, this terrifying scare maze, set in the hauntingly real and abandoned Gloucester Prison, is back with more horror, gore, and carnage than ever before. Likely the last of its kind in Gloucester, the organisers are going all out to ensure this event is truly unforgettable.
An Experience Like No Other
Set within the authentic and eerie surroundings of Gloucester Prison, Salvation Z offers a spine-chilling experience like no other. With an entirely new story, new monsters, and new scares, this year’s event is guaranteed to be the most intense yet. For those who find themselves crying in terror—well, that’s considered a glowing review.
Event Dates:
- 17th, 18th, and 19th October
- 24th, 25th, and 26th October
- Halloween Night: 31st October
- 1st and 2nd November
Welcome to Total Bedlam
This year, Salvation Z dispenses with the idea of a plot—there is no plan, just TOTAL BEDLAM. Visitors will find themselves stumbling into the remnants of a crumbling, underfunded institution once known as “Bedlam.” With no oversight, the hospital became a living hell for its patients. Now, those who dare enter will walk in their tortured footsteps—if they can.

A warm welcome awaits from The Doctor, Pig Man and Wee Man at Gloucester Prison
Meet the Insane
The event features some of the most nightmarish characters, brought to life by world-renowned creator Clive at Burkbench Designs. Each creature is uniquely crafted, with custom-painted features and specially weathered clothing to enhance the terror. The staff inside seem to relish their roles, delighting in messing with visitors’ minds.
Prepare to encounter:
- The Doctor
- The Pig Man
- The Wee Man
- The Dentist
- The Caretaker
- Loony Bin

The Location: Gloucester Prison
Gloucester Prison, a genuine Georgian haunted prison, provides the perfect setting for Salvation Z. The site, which held some of the country’s most dangerous criminals, has seen 128 executions and over 300 years of despair, decay, and death. With 4 acres of madness and 95% of the attraction set indoors, the prison’s terrifying atmosphere is palpable. Unlike other attractions, this event doesn’t rely on set dressing—its budget is spent on delivering film-grade SFX and gore.
This Halloween, Salvation Z at Gloucester Prison is the ultimate destination for those seeking an experience that will haunt their nightmares. Don’t miss your chance to be part of the final chapter of this legendary scare attraction.
