With her wit, humour and charm, Dolly teaches him a whole lot about life, love and how to pull yourself up by your bootstraps... even if your bootstraps don't have rhinestones!

This is one musical sure to make you smile.

Milton Jones at the Everyman Theatre

Sunday 20 October 2024

BOOK NOW>

This is not a musical. Milton Jones is tone deaf and has no sense of rhythm, but at least he doesn’t make a song and dance about it.

He has more important things to discuss. Like giraffes…and there’s a bit about tomatoes.

You might know him from Mock the Week, Live at the Apollo or Radio 4. Or that time he stood for the Scottish National Party, fought a hard campaign, but in the end had to respect the wishes of the people of Cardiff.

A whole new show of daftness. You know it makes sense.

Birdsong at the Everyman Theatre

Monday 21 - Saturday 26 October 2024

BOOK NOW>

Sebastian Faulks’s epic story of love and loss returns to the stage marking the 30th anniversary of the international best-selling novel.

In pre-war France, a young Englishman, Stephen Wraysford, embarks on a passionate and dangerous affair with the beautiful Isabelle Azaire that turns their world upside down. As the war breaks out over the idyll of his former life, Stephen must lead his men through the carnage of the Battle of the Somme and through the sprawling tunnels that lie deep underground. Faced with the unprecedented horror of the war Stephen clings to the memory of Isabelle as his world explodes around him.

A mesmerising story of love and courage. Set both before and during the Great War.
